Free Trial Before Purchase

BirdCull provides a free trial so you can test compatibility, processing speed, output modes, and whether the software fits your workflow before buying a full license.

Digital License Purchases

Because the product can be tried before purchase and the license is delivered digitally, completed BirdCull license purchases are non-refundable.

Activation Help

If you have trouble activating after purchase, email glamecke@gmail.com with your Paddle receipt and BirdCull device code. We will help with reasonable activation and purchase-delivery issues.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may provide receipts and payment support according to its checkout process and your country or region.
