Local Photo Processing

BirdCull processes selected photo folders on your computer. The BirdCull desktop app does not upload your photos, file paths, or EXIF metadata to BirdCull servers for culling.

License Activation

License activation may use non-reversible device verification data, license status, activation time, and purchase information needed to confirm that a license is valid. Do not send photo files when requesting license support unless support specifically asks for a sample.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Payment card details, local tax calculation, invoices, and payment receipts are handled through Paddle checkout and Paddle systems.

Support Email

If you email support, BirdCull receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, Paddle receipt, device code, operating system, screenshots, logs, or problem description.
